How does my company donate perishable items such as bagels?
We will make arrangements for perishable items to be picked up 1-2 days before the conference. If an item may be refrigerated or frozen to maintain its quality, we can arrange for pickup farther in advance.

Why are soda and water donations limited to Coca-Cola® and Dasani® products?
Due to the conference’s contractual agreements, we cannot accept soda or water donations other than Coca-Cola® and Dasani® products.

Why are services listed as an in-kind donation? What does that mean?
Not every organization may be able to donate money or food items to the conference but may still wish to help. While we understand your company may not be able to provide these services entirely free-of-charge, please contact us if you are able to grant the conference a significant discount or competitive rate.

• Printing: Our conference provides every attendee a program as an 11” x 17” stapled booklet.
• Plaques: Two honors are presented at the conference accompanied by a plaque: the Conference Scholarship, awarded to one student attendee for post-graduate opportunities and the Human Rights Award, awarded to one person or organization in the community for their work with young people.
• T-Shirts: We collect or purchase t-shirts for the Executive Committee of the conference so they may be easily identified by the 1,000-plus participants; we imprint these shirts with the conference logo.

What type of volunteer services does the conference need?
We can use volunteers in almost any capacity—whether you may be able to attend on the conference day, help setup the night before, clean up afterward, or even participate in our weekly Executive Committee meetings on a regular basis.
