I would like to personally congratulate you for taking part in the Cherry Creek Diversity Conference. I commend each of you in your efforts to encourage diversity and understanding among your peers. It is important for students who come from diverse backgrounds to work together.

The theme of this year's conference, "Be the Ripple in the World," is particularly appropriate. I ask you to apply what you learn at the conference in your daily activities as you embark on the next stages of your life. Your participation in this important conference illustrates the great leadership that you embody and that you will carry into your bright futures.
