Important Information

• All committee members are expected to attend each weekly meeting on Mondays from 6:30 to 8:00 p.m. at Cherry Creek High School.
• Because the committee only meets once a week, it is very important for each member to follow up on their assigned duties.
• Each member will be asked to help with conference work on three occasions other than regular Monday meetings: Martin Luther King, Jr. Day (Jan. 18, 2009), the night before the conference, and a few hours after the conference.
