During the conference, a portion of the morning will involve informal group discussions with twenty students from different high schools led by trained student facilitators. As this is the first activity for students after the opening ceremonies, our facilitators set the tone for the conference day. We are looking for some sixty student volunteers to help run these discussion groups and take a leadership position with the conference.

All facilitators must attend:

• the mandatory training session on Monday, January 12, 2009 from 6:00 - 8:00 pm.
• the day of the Diversity Conference, Saturday, January 31, 2009 from 8:00 am - 4:30 pm.
