The steps for registering and attending the conference are outlined below. Most dates represent deadlines; please attempt to finish each step beforehand if possible.

First Executive Committee Meeting The conference is designed each year by a group of volunteer students and adults who meet each Monday at Cherry Creek High School. Everyone is welcome to participate; register for the committee on this website. |
Friday, October 24, 2008 |
First Registration Deadline Schools who register via this website and submit their payment will be charged $200. All schools registering after this point will be charged $250. |
Monday, December 1, 2008 |
Final Registration Deadline This is the final deadline to register for the conference and the last date to send in your school's payment.We will also post our selection of workshops by this date. Each school selects workshop choices as a group; we assign workshop selections to specific students and adults at a later date. |
Monday, December 15, 2008 |
Workshop Submission Deadline We balance schools' workshop preferences against available spots. Assignments are done on a first-come, first-served basis. |
Monday, January 5, 2009 |
Workshop Notification We email each school's list of workshop assignments. Faculty advisors must take these choices back to the students attending and divide them amongst the attendees.
Scholarship Deadline Any student wishing to apply for the Conference Scholarship (awarded for post-graduate opportunities) must apply via this website--and have their recommendation arrive in the mail--by this date. |

Workshop Confirmation Deadline All faculty advisors must have submitted their workshop assignments to us via this website. Any school failing to do so will be assigned to workshops at random. |
